Consider it already burned, and yourself already conquered

For those whose attention was diverted by the opening of school, football season, or the “new” TV programs, when the entire population of the United States was threatened with random killing, the Federal government made a point of visibly and audibly backing down in our name, making the point that burning a Koran is distinctly unlike burning a Bible, a Torah, a Bhagavad-Gita, or other religious holy book -- something that happens every day (mostly by Muslim governments) without retaliation.

Rightly or wrongly, Muslims have accepted blame for the 9-11 outrage, and now use it as a Jihad recruiting tool, to such extent that the US military openly worries that any action by any American perceived as insulting to Islam will further imperil their troops. Let there be no controversy: Islam now dictates what every last citizen -- every last resident of the USA, legal or not -- may do as regards Islam in particular, and Muslims in general. No other religion wields such power or control over the US government.

Whether Rev. Jones' initial Koran-burning threat was self-serving or not, the fallout makes several key points:

• Islam is intensely collectivist – punishing any random American, or many of them) for what is perceived as the offense of another, satisfies the islamic sense of “justice” fully as well as punishing the offender; (Could this be why the politcal Left has an affinity with Islam that it has with no other religion?)
• Islam has put the entire world on notice that it considers mere persuasion too cowardly a way to spread the faith – its adherents intend to spread it by conquest alone;
• Most governments (and most notably, that of the United States) have already accorded a special “kid-gloves” treatment to Islam: they would never concede as much to any other religion.

The Imam, Rauf, threatened that if his thirteen-story digital salute of a mosque were not allowed to be built, other Muslims, with whom he would have no need to make direct contact, would feel provoked (and entitled) to avenge him with random attacks in America, wherever the opportunity presented itself. Indeed, some Muslims, outraged that anyone would dare to threaten to burn a symbol of the world domination scheme they serve, have said that the mere threat of Koran-burning, alone, is grounds enough, that merely backing down by both the government, and by the preacher who initially made the threat, changes nothing, and that the threat of random violence continues unabated, as nothing significant has changed.

You are all under arrest!

Here's my theory: According to the fudds, we're all felons, though in most cases, they have no history, no paperwork, to show individual conviction. Yes, they'll back off ... for now ... if we hire attorneys to show we're serious, because they're not ready to start herding us into the FEMA "detention" camps, just yet.

When they amended the "Trading With The Enemy" Act (1933?) to remove the exception for US citizens, every citizen of the corporation became automatically its "enemy," at birth. They no longer had need to seek conviction in court. (Stroke of the pen -- law of the land ... Kinda cool." ~ Paul Begala)

This doesn't necessarily mean they intend to lock us all up (except in the sense that the entire nation is becoming one vast prison.) They need for us to create goods and services they can grab, since they create nothing of value, and have no intention to "lower" themselves to doing so. But our enemy status means they can take from us whatever they want, whenever they want it -- legally. Hence tax increases, O-care, universal servitude, the coming bankruptcy of Social Insecurity and Medicare, "necessitating" the mass pension grab. You name it, they can take it -- legally.

They don't yet dare to declare, point blank, our legal, though unconstitutional, slavery to the fedgov, because too many of us are still armed, and insufficiently misinformed. But when enough people have been sweet-talked/BS'ed out of their arms, enough combat brigades, expert at house-to-house searches, have been returned to the USSA to execute upon the already assembled database, and just the perfect false-flag "homegrown terrorist" op has been set up to dovetail with all of their profit-making, power-grabbing objectives at once, resistance to any Executive Order will be a capital crime with no warrant or trial needed, no defense possible ....

Expect it! Aim small -- miss small

Note to Drug Warriors

Close the DEA, and fold the BATF, and the IRS into it, for good measure; reduce the FDA to prosecuting false claims and fraud.

Since the laws making various psychoactive substances illegal were passed, the illicit drug trade has only grown, turning a minor problem that affected less that one precent of the nation's population into a trillion dollar industry affecting more than ten percent, and that's not counting the $$ spent on "enforcement," "justice," and encarceration.

Yeah, I know, like cancer, there are probably more people making a living on it than are dying of it, but so what? Does anybody expect that someday, the narcotraficantes will surrender? That the junkies will decide to come clean -- as a result of all this handomely paying drug war? And what will the preachers do when the Devil is saved?

Give me a break! You're an adult(?) and want to poison yourself recreationally? Knock yourself out -- literally. You want to sell that ~!@#$%^&* to my grandkids? I'll kill you myself!

Enough jive! It ain't working for those of us who don't sell it, use it, chase it, litigate it, or pretend to jail it (ex-cons tell me there's often "better" drugs in prison, than on the street.) Dump the whole stupid concept of pretending to "fight" the source of your new Mercedes. Go find an honest job!

"Anchor" Babies

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

Is every child born to a foreigner in the USA an "anchor"?

Why is, "subject to the jurisdiction thereof," so hard to understand? We understand why any hypothetical Pedro and Maria might prefer that their next child, putatively born north of the Mexican border, be regarded as a US citizen, but suppose for a moment that they were prosperous and well connected back in their homeland, had come here legally as tourists, and moreover, were proud citizens of their nation, and preferred that their little bundle of joy have the same citizenship as themselves. (Not too hard to imagine, is it?)

Would the Department of Homeland Surrender insist that their inconvenience at having dropped the little darling on the wrong side of the border on a mere touristic visit, become a trap, forbidding them to take out of the country, a newly-minted US citizen? Would they be charged with attempted kidnapping? I think not! Even considering the high-handed and capricious behavior, so characteristic of that misbegotten agency of Satan, I still think not. Would they do that to a British (French, Russian, German) family?

Moreover, if I am wrong, and the DHS should actually refuse to allow them to take their kid home, to whom would the parents logically turn first, to resolve the injustice -- to the US federal court system, or to the Embassy of their home nation?

The answer to that question should settle the issue of to whose jurisdiction they are subject. (Hint: It ain't ours) Why should anyone think that the prefatory (or should I say, "preparatory?") commission of the minor crime of crossing the border without permission, would alter the national jurisdiction to which any mere invader is subject?

Fear This: "Our" National (federalized) Police

Police Forces across the nation have jubilantly become welded into the occupying army against which we were warned by the Founders. Armies are necessarily organized to make unremitting war against enemies.

Unless you are in a position of political power to command them directly, (and unless they know it) as a non-cop, you automatically ARE the enemy. Whenever you see any law enforcement officer, even if he/she is your next door neighbor (perish the thought) even drinking/fishing buddy, you should assume that as soon as you become aware of his/her presence, you are under arrest, and behave accordingly, until he/she departs the scene, even if no discernible crime has been committed.

The mere presence of someone who is not a cop is all the evidence a surly cop needs to make a case. In fact, he/she needs no evidence of a crime having been committed at all, nor the presence of anyone. On any bad hair day, he/she can fabricate a nonexistent crime to have been committed out of thin air, take the next random stranger encountered, gun him/her down without comment, then allege away! Other LEOs needn't have been present to "substantiate" the obligatory multiple allegations, which they are only too glad to do, considering their inherently outnumbered and adversarial position vis-à-vis the the entire rest of humanity, and there's not a single court in the nation that would dare say different.

And all the sheeple who live subject to such treatment agree, that unless cops are allowed utter free rein to murder at will, anarchy must certainly ensue. Let's be careful out there!

Open Invitation (with advice)

Here's an open invitation to foreign-born thugs, gangbangers, rapists, & murderers - come to San Francisco. The City by the Bay wants you!

Oh, I know what you're thinking: "Must be a trap -- why would they want criminals?" But you're not just any criminals -- you're non-American criminals! In fact, studies have shown that you're very likely to be anti-American criminals, and that's your special charm. San Francisco is vying to be the world center of hatred for America, and its former anti-communist stance. You could play a central part in this exciting ongoing development.

A little piece of advice: Though this will eventually change, currently, San Francisco politicians must now get elected by their voters, who uncharacteristically, still take a dim view of their government openly encouraging crime, at least against certain "protected classes." So you must avoid raping, robbing, or murdering other, ah, "undocumented" immigrants, members of other minorities, and members of the LGBT community (ask a friend to explain it.)

As long as you confine your efforts on behalf of the revolution (you may not think of crime that way, but San Francisco does) to the un-protected class (gringos, honkies, preferably males between the ages of 18 and 62) and refrain from using an un-silenced firearm, you should encounter no problems that a good pro-bono attorney would not be able to eventually surmount, in the unlikely event that you are apprehended. If you find it necessary to dispatch a member of one of the protected groups, either lure them out of town, or do it very quietly, so as to draw minimal notice.
