This description is subject to change, but for now, it's just a crazy old Californian pretending that his ideas might have some small chance to help in (1) slowing the national slide into a police state/military arm of the growing one world empire, (2) restoring the constitutional republic -- "with liberty and justice for all" -- he was conned into believing in while in grade-school. If not, it'll occupy some of my time and attention till the Gestapo arrives.
